RunTK: Free training tools I built out of frustration

Thanks I really like your tool but I’m not (yet) experienced trailer to be able to perform runs during prep that would replicate race conditions However I’m currently preping for a marathon and do you think the tool could predict race time based on the last two long runs I’ll do (this week and next)?

(Yet Another) AI Coach - Montis.icu

Hello Any clue why the predicted times are empty? I’ve attached the GPX to the Event in Calendar. Although properly displayed on map it doesn’t detect the distance either. PS: note that the Distance top left is the one I entered manually in the Calendar Event.

Project Summit — adaptive, recovery-driven training plans (iOS)

v1.5.0 is out (iOS 27 ready). One change is aimed squarely at people on this forum, so I’ll lead with it. Recovery without Apple Health. Last time I said the free recovery score needs something writing HRV and sleep to Apple Health. That’s no longer the case. If your Garmin, Whoop or other device syncs wellness to intervals.icu, Summit now reads the full set from there (HRV, resting HR, sleep, SpO2) and calculates Recovery directly from it. For many of you intervals.icu is already where that data lives, so this was overdue. Fixes worth knowing if you use the intervals.icu sync: The intervals.icu or Karoo connection could show as disconnected after signing out or reinstalling. When that happened, workouts silently stopped being sent to intervals.icu, Garmin and Zwift. If planned sessions went missing on your head unit, this was probably why. The “reconnect your integration” warning could appear even when the connection was fine. LTHR was resolved differently depending on the screen. Some of you saw “–” and no HR zones while your rides were still being scored in the background. It’s now consistent across the app, which also shows which source it’s using. Route maps were missing on some Karoo activities. Plan logic. A bug I’m not proud of: an improvement in recovery alone could escalate a key session (e.g. Threshold → VO2max), even in weeks where intensity should never go up. An adjustment could also stay stuck after the condition that caused it no longer applied. Both are fixed

if some work will be made for this I would like to suggest some “consolidation” for notes. Right now we have: Notes on activity, there is the icon and could be seen on the activity list notes on calendar, what is suggested in this thread notes (comments) on wellnes dialog. icon on the wellnes part of the calendar but no references on fitness chart, list view notes on weekly target. No icons, no reference anywhere

MyTrainPal - AI Assistant connected to Intervals

@Krzysztof I think it would really useful to add a search or pin option in the chats as the number of our conversations with the AI coach grows. In this way I would easily find some old stuff I was talking about and add sth new to the discussion or simply re-read the old conversation on the topic.

IntervalCoach - AI workouts that adapt daily to your recovery and goals

Andrew_Mullin: As another over-working triathlete I would be interested eventually in more workouts per day. I was also curious about the statement above around overriding the weekly TSS in the Training Plan page for future weeks. I don’t see where to do that (looking at IntervalCoach) The plan has been good so far in keeping me in check as I get back from an injury. Thanks! Two sessions on the same day already work today: open the schedule editor on the Training Plan page under Training Volume, and add a second session to the day you want. Each session gets its own duration and sports, and the planner treats them as two separate workouts. Two is the ceiling for now, so a third session on one day is not possible yet. On the weekly TSS: it is the TSS number itself in the week list on the Training Plan page. Click the number, it turns into a field, type your own target and press enter. The week then shows your number underlined, with a small arrow next to it to reset it back to the calculated one. I will make that far more obvious, because you are not the first to look straight past it. Glad the plan is holding you back while you come off the injury. That is exactly the part worth getting right.

Alternative list view for calendar-notes

Hi @Micki_Beng That only gives you comments/notes attached to activities I believe.. So say I have no activity today but I have added a sickness or injury note that says I cannot train. You will never see that. Hope that makes sense?

Avg. sleep HR disappeared

Hi, why haven’t I been able to see my average sleep heart rate since March 28th? I’ve been using my Amazfit Balance, and since that day, I haven’t been able to track that metric. Thanks
