I have one of THESE for sale. It's a XL, has the large shell pockets and a large bird bag but doesn't have the water bottle holders. It's brand new, never been worn, only adjusted to my size. The large bird bag isn't an option anymore but it's large enough for a limit of pheasants. Was $250, now $225 shipped in CONUS with a money back guarantee if you aren't satisfied. More pictures available if needed. NOW $200!

NC Kansas is looking promising. I have not seen any broods with less than 6 birds, and all could fly. Hopefully, there will be more hatches to come!
Mine needs replacing before next season. The one I have now is about 20 years old and has been patched with zippers replaced more than once. I asked for a new one for xmas but my wife was uncomfortable buying it for me, so she told me to buy the one I wanted whenever. I am looking for one that has orange shoulder patches/back and pockets in front. Not the shell loops. Those wear out too quick. I am 6'2" and 210 pounds. Price tag is not that big of an issue as it will last for many years.
I’m still rocking a simple strap vest. Haven’t upgraded to some of newer market entries from the last number of years that have become popular. With the hip belt, does that keep them locked in place? Get loaded down in game pouch and my front pockets are up at my nipples and I don’t have boobs.
If anyone has photos of live/living pheasants, please feel free to post them in this thread. hettmoe, when you get a chance can you post some of your flying pheasant photos? I know members will appropriate your photos. They are truly some of the best pheasant photos I've seen:thumbsup: I'll get the ball rolling with a few photos from years past. Took advantage of the cool temps this past weekend to travel west and do some grouse hunting.
First year trying sunflowers for dove hunting. Planted 3 acres last night. Ran pretty good with the corn meters on our JD7000 planter. Fertilized with triple 17, and sprayed S-Metalachor @ 20oz/acre for pre-emerge control. I've got Imox herbicide to spray once the weeds emerge, will probably tank mix with clethodium as well. Anyone else have any experience with these sunflowers?
Hello, I just had a cancellation for my 2-bed, 1-bath home in Mott, ND, for the non-resident opener. This home has all 5-star reviews on Airbnb. It is the most convenient location in Mott. Steps from The Pheasant restaurant bar, groceries, and gas. Completely and nicely updated in September 2025. The home is on the corner of Brown and 2nd St. It is the perfect setup for 2-4 hunters. Dog-friendly, washer and dryer, chest freezer, full kitchen, and nice. I bought and remodeled this place... Read more
