I have a SK Hynix Gold S31 SATA 500GB SSD I purchased new in 2020, I used in one my extra 'backup' PC, only logged 1720 hours with just a tad over 7TB writes. When I recently put it into my primary PC (plugged to internal mobo SATA port) which has HD Sentinel Pro on it (the backup PC did not), HD Sentinel brought my attention to this notice (in RED alarm scheme), estimating 9% drive health and given "Critical" assessment for the drive: There are 5 bad sectors on the disk surface. The contents of these sectors were moved to the spare area. The drive found 2240 bad sectors during its self test.
