This is my 7th KLR I got it 6 months ago a few. modes Exhaust, Leds running lights, windscreen with adjusters new tires since I dont go off road anymore...way to old. Really need smothehing smaller even though its lowered two inches. Anyone want to work up a trade for a smaller bike In in 27603

Hi I’m trying to change rear tire tube after I picked up a screw. Does anyone know a way to brake the bead? I have the tools just can’t get them behind the rim. Nightmare! It’s a 1991 klr 650

My crankcase flooded with gas due to a Petcock/carb float/evap system failure (CA), and unfortunately when this occurred I was unable to drop the oil, and it sat with the contaminated oil for about 4 months. I am now getting about to fixing it, and have replaced the Petcock and deleted the evap system, and will be getting to the carb in short order. However, the clutch friction plates have swollen so much from sitting in the gas that the clutch lever is almost entirely slack. I have not yet... Swollen Clutch Plates

I bought the bike used and im having problems with it. It has several mods done to it but Im not sure what. It dies when I give it throttle. Im rebuilding the carb but I dont understand whats going on with all these plugged vacuum lines. Please help
