Hi all, from New Zealand. I have a 2002 MGF, and recently have noticed two things: (1) the ride height has lowered substantially, and (2) it's as bouncy as a trampoline. I took the car to our local British sportscar specialist mechanic (yes, we have one of those and he's excellent). He pumped up the hydragas to correct the ride height, however he indicated that the springiness (if that's the right word) could only be resolved by re-gassing each of the 4 suspension units. Hi all, Not sure how but I've found myself with a broken intercooler at the elbow that holds on the radiator (reference the pictures below). I'd like to get it fixed but am usually keen to save a bit of money and gain a bit of experience by spannering myself if the job isn't massively difficult. So far I've managed to carry out some of the less challenging work mainly servicing (oil, oil filter, fuel filter, air filter, coolant change, front brakes) and a pretty simple coolant leak... CDTi Intercooler replacement.

Hi, would anyone know where I can get hold of a door lock mechanism for a drivers door for a MG ZS 120 MK1? The link rod clip attached to the mechanism of mine has snapped off. I have attached a photo of the part I am looking to replace. Many thanks, Kind regards, Stephen Worrall.

But all is not well as I'm having a couple off problems when I turn off the headlights and take the key out the drivers side front main beam is staying on and I've had to disconnect the battery also when I but the indicators on both sides at the back are kinda flashing dull and the rear side lights kinda flash with the indicators and the boot release at the drivers footwear isn't popping the boot which is a pain as mi e is... 2005 rover 75 problems

Evening guys. Due to practicality reasons I changed my TF 160 for a ZR 160, which i picked up today. Drove it back 100 miles and drive fine, no overheating etc and everything looks ok. 1 big problem though is it feels soo slow! I know that the zr is slightly slower than the tf but feels alot slower! It carries accelerating but from 500RPM above it feels like it is just lossing some of its power. Randomly in 2nd gear It will only go upto 600RPM max. Anyone get any ideas etc? Thanks... MG ZR 160. . . . . slow?!
