I'm personally sick of hearing this term "woke" just a term made up by the sun or daily mail. In my humble of course

I think the club is obsessed with being perceived as being a nice, kind and charitable club in the Community etc. Which is great, but In recent years this has extended to on the pitch and the players seem to be told not to score goals as it might offend the opposition fans. They're told not to be aggressive or tackle hard as it could make the club look like it's endorsing toxic masculinity. The problem is for the club, to abide by these strict rules means every season we'll be in the relegation end of the table.

It seems moreover than any other player/manager we've ever faced.

Seems a bit daft to bin the two winger system before we have even tried it now that we have two wingers - assuming asamoah is classed as a winger We really are a mess at present, I hate being negative but flipping heck, its hard to get excited at present.

Agreed. It might be he just thinks its a better fit based on the clean sheet and the match stats. I'd probably want a large sample size before calling the 3-5-2 a success or a good fit for us. Personally I think 3 at the back is blasphemy, if he can't get a back 4 working then (and the fact we can't actually score goals), it raises a lot of questions about the actual coaching.

We only beat Exeter because we got a penalty so I think its too early to call the formation change a success. Exeter were dire and offered little threat and we were at home but we still struggled to beat them. I will reserve judgment for now but I don't see how reverting to the same formation with largely the same players that were so fragile last season along with an even weaker front line will suddenly be the recipe for success this season. I'm not ready to give up on hernandez and asamoah just yet.
