I am swapping a frontier ka into my 2wd '85 720, one problem I know I will run into is the air box sitting higher than the hood, has anyone done this swap and found a solution? I have a buddy with a frontier, and he mocked up a parts store spectre style filter, but I think it will mess with the MAF sensor. If I have to put a 240 intake on it, what all does that entail? For reference, I have the truck motor, harness and ecu.

I'm totally not procrastinating on getting back on the 66, but I do find myself doing little quality of life side projects at the moment. Today's edition comes in the form of some updates to the gauge mounting situation for the 620. Many years ago I made this plate to hold the boost and wideband in the factory gauge location. And that was fine and dandy until the mounting bosses, that I had already jb welded back together, broke again. So for the last couple of years they've just been flopping around behind the bezel. I finally decided to fix that. This time I went with some printed caps for the ends of the gauge tunnels. They fit snuggly over the back and got super glued in place. Hopefully they'll hold for a while. Since I had the gauges out I figured I might as well deal with that stupid retainer that ships with innovate gauges. Followed that up with some snazzy new nuts. Definitely didn't take any inspiration from the retaining system that auto meter uses...

Ok, Zombie coming, but.. if it helps…. I was looking at Right hand drive steering boxes out of UK looks like if we mounted it on Inside of 620 frame on our Left side (but same configuration) would steer correctly, accept 720 linkage/column. Swap to 280z sector shaft. Am I missing anything? Or problem solved?

I have the same problem with my 74 Corona wagon, hopefully I can get the 710 back on the road a little easier. I figure it won't be to bad because it was flowing before this, and it's probably from running the tank empty.

With the other you get a Digital ID, and online govt safety and security certificate. With the first one we heard “trust the medical scientists.” Now you hear, “trust the computer scientists.” There’s a pattern here folks. Stop me when you can see it. We are witnessing a “Digital Covid” effort.
