Hi, In my Einstein, I saw a lot of solder joints of the tubes and other areas that look somewhat concerning to me. It looks somewhat "cooked"; are these signs of resoldering with an improper soldering iron or the use of soldering flux? Can anyone please tell me whether there could be a problem with the Einstein and whether I should take it to a tech? Seems to me that Pot values sometimes act counterintuitively - at least to me. I always think of higher value pots giving me more clarity - yes, but also a lot more punch. Seems to depend on the pickups at play. I have a set of PAF humbuckers I am wondering may not sound better with 300k pots after some experimenting.
