Too much weather helm (farr 11.6)

I have been strugling with excessive weather helm with my farr 11.6 with wheel steering. This seems to affect the boat speed when beating/heading upwind at winds over 10 knots. The boat is hard to get into balance and seems like no speed is gained from the gusts, just more handbrake from the rudder. The boat has around 125% genoa, clew comes about 8" past the shrouds. Both sails have only been used for roughly 5 seasons and are from North Sails. Previously we had problem with backwinding... Too much weather helm (farr 11.6)

Official Intro (and a reset): Mark / 1990 Catalina 30 / Bozeman, MT

Hey everyone, I’m making this post to officially introduce myself and hit the reset button. I jumped the gun in another thread recently without doing the standard virtual handshake first, and I completely own that misstep. I’ve lurked around these parts in the past, but coming back in, I clearly forgot my manners. So, officially: I'm Mark. I’m based up in Bozeman, Montana, which makes me that rare breed of deeply landlocked sailor. I’m currently the custodian of a 1990 Catalina 30. She... Oyster announces a 60 ft catamaran

Oyster Yachts launches their first sailing catamaran, the Oyster C60 | Oyster Yachts Oyster Yachts unveiled the Oyster C60, its first sailing catamaran, at the Cannes Yachting Festival. oysteryachts.com I think a pretty smart move. Oyster has always been a niche market, so it’s presumably not necessary they sell as many as Lagoon or Leopard or FP. Probably pushing $6mm fully equipped. I’ve been aboard a 55ft Cat, which was like being at a resort. I can only imagine the room. For those Cat aficionados, is there any reaction to the design capabilities... Buying a sailboat ? Could it be better ?

I am personally looking for my next boat and was lurking around some older Dragonfly models. It is easy to get stuck on the limited inventory on YachtWorld. Now every day I am looking all over the place accross a dozen of websites. I start to compare boats and collect some reports. Discover adjacent brands, niche boats that fit the bill. I am in tech, I build a tool that allow me to collect those boats easily and have those comparable. If only i could know the price of those sold boats... Buying a sailboat ? Could it be better ?

Can anyone identify what this boat is?

Been looking at this beast for weeks while I do a refit and for the life of me I can't figure out what it is. Aluminum hull, named ThunderHead. The extreme tumblehome speaks to an early design for sure. S&S maybe?
