Farrage has all but promised a totalitarian state to “fix Britain” - you can guarantee - along with slashing benefits, university places, stopping the boats by force, sacking any civil servant that disagrees with them, sacking any judge that disagrees with them (redolent of 1930’s Germany in a very explicit way those two points) and abolishing the Lords if it tries to stop them - that getting rid of legal migrants will be high on the list of things they will be doing.
