Hi guys, I tried using adobe DNG converter to convert A7cr RAW files into DNG and have some questions, hoping some of you can help me clarify. Between full res RAW and DNG conversion, the file size went from: Original full res RAW: 120MB DNG with original file embedded: 100MB DNG without original file embedded: 16.6MB There's a huge difference in file size between original file embedded and without, but while editing, I can't really tell any difference. A good friend of mine owns a local rental studio, and sometimes he will let me use the studio to experiment with lighting. When this happens I just ask him to be my model, which works out because he is the type of person I gravitate towards photographing anyways. This first lighting setup incorporates just one flash and a white V-flat reflector. As I was driving through the tiny town of Beatty, Nevada (population 600) on my way to Death Valley, I couldn't help but notice this building at the main intersection in town. I've never seen anything quite like it! The attention to detail and the bizarre nature of the decor caught my attention. It's the historic Exchange Club Casino and Motel.
