Took our time launched at 730 a.m. ran towards our normal spots, not expecting much just cause we been hitting them lately. Well we nailed them all on artificial lures. 50 perch multiple 12inchers, 2 keeper rock at 22in. Released 2 more. Dipped the docks for them doublers came home with 15. Banner day.

Today I took it back to where I first started fishing the patuxent. Took my kayak and launched it at the lower marlboro pier. Got there about 645 and took off upriver. The terrova with heading hold and spot lock makes things simple. I just turned on heading, set the speed and sat back and took a ride. When I got to my spot I hit the spot lock and dropped 2 suspended rods. Ended up with 5 or 6 fish. Love how those fish hit a suspended rod and hit put the tip in the water. Great times and a... 9/13/26 I tries something different this morning. I went bass fishing. Haven't been bass fishing in a long time. I wanted to see if I could catch a five bass limit, but the rain stopped me again. The bass were hitting good. I caught three with the 7.5 inch Culprit Grape Worm. Then it started to rain really hard. All released.
