I’ve averaged 13hr/week for the last four weeks. I’m definitely in the 6-10 g/kg range, and try to keep protein levels near 1.6g/kg.

Hey James, I’m new to using the forum. I’ll try to post pics shortly if I can figure out how to. I do know that my weekly hours averaged between 6-8 hours.
Brennus: the cost differential isn’t justified I don’t think the diverge is any cheaper if comparing like builds. My crux comp was 4.5k, the diverge comp is 4.2k, but the diverge has 12sp apex groupset vs. rival 13sp Rival build on the crux. So, pretty much a wash on price. And you have to spend over $8k to get a force build with the diverge while a force build on the crux is $7k. None of the builds line up exactly, but I actually like the build vs. $'s on the crux more than the diverge. Brennus: Diverge is faster Saying one gravel bike is faster than another without the context of course, conditions, rider abilities, etc. is misguided IMO. Are there situations where a Diverge is faster than a Crux? Possibly, particularly on a rough course where the added compliance translates to speed. But I’d be surprised if the Diverge is faster on smooth gravel or in a fast sprint situation.
I didn’t know a second edition was released. I ordered it today.
Can you post the chart of hours per week over those 60 days? Were you doing TR workouts or just unstructured outside?
Earlier this summer I was growing stagnant in my training, so I decided to try something I’ve never done before. Sixty days of training with no rest days. (July 10 - September 10) My FTP was 237 at the beginning, then dropped to 231 and I finished the sixty days at 252w. Also, my Garmin VO2 max score went up from 53 to 58. My criteria was simple….no rest days, minimum of 45 minutes a day and longer rides on the weekends depending on how I felt. I learned so much about myself and my riding techniques during this time! Has anyone else done this?
Highly recommend Coalition.
I haven’t experienced this and I have a cycplus and Fillmore valves on all my wheelsets.
Man. I was ready to pull the trigger on an Epic 9….Do we know about weight?
Only if humanity ignores redlight/green light at it’s peril.
10g/kg is my baseline. 13-17h per week with 2-3 hard days. I need to eat 3700 cal daily to not lose weight.
The question for me is if I would enjoy the longer wheelbase. Testing is really hard, bike shops don’t want you to go on the trails.
