I have a 10/125 Toyota VSA and thus far have intended to let the dealership perform the majority of the maintenance. However, with the hammer test being the latest and greatest solution to the engine woes for the Tundra and tales (true or not mostly rumors at this point) of the dealer performing recalls without the consent of the owner, I have decided to take it upon myself to once again perform my own preventative maintenance to put off the hammer test until I see fit to have it done.... Extended Warranty - How do you document your DIY maintenance?

Met a guy at lunch yesterday with a non hybrid 2023 1794. I try to turn as many tundra owners as I can on to this forum. After telling him about the tundras.com group he said he is scheduled for the hammer test. I guess I thought all non hybrid tundras were getting new engines like me in my 2022 model? Peace. D

There's not a lot of information on aftermarket audio interfaces for the 3rd gens, even though they have been out for 3 years now. I just upgraded everything in my 24 and regardless of whether or not you have the "premium" package (larger multimedia screen or regular screen) these installation accessories will work. The front doors are 6x9 speakers, the dash is 3 inch speakers, and the rear doors are 6.5 inch component speakers. Now I’ve been having a hard time getting my truck to fire up . I did the swap already and now I just need help troubleshooting why she won’t fire up . I have power to my dome lights head lights ect ect . I did the reset for 15 min with the negative disconnected . I’m lost here any help would be greatly appreciated.

What tools do you guys use to read / write your ECM flash . bin? bitbox , pcmflash I want to disable someone secondary air injection system and I know it can be done at the bin / flash level.

Recent owner of a 1st gen Tundra to compliment my Toyota fleet as dog hauler and guiltless beater for Lowes/gravel/house project runs. I've always heard good things about this truck. It definitely needs a timing belt, and a muffler/tailpipe to get it in running shape but it was cheap and the frame was solid so I bit on the deal. However, I'm having a couple issues out of the box. 1. The engine temp ran high on my last highway drive, not a great time. Steamy engine, definitely hoping for no... Hey guys, Just wanted to provide some pictures and feedback of the new dual swing high clearance rear bumper i had made by @STravis who owns sob fabrication. Travis is an awesome guy to deal with and stayed in contact all throughout the build of the bumper. The fit and finish exceeded my expectations and I did not have to modify any part of the bumper. Hi all: My turn signal was accidently on when my dead 06 Dbl was boosted by a battery charger. I was in the driver seat and saw smoke coming through around the radio. I was excited, fearing the worst. After a bit we calmed down, got our courage back and started trying to see if stuff still worked. Lost turn signals and 4ways due to the power surge. Hazard/turn fuse is still good, - doesn't look broken. The original hazard/turn flasher relay seems okay by appearence and function,... Hyperflashing turn signals on both sides - not LED bulbs

Hello! Thank you for the add. I have a 2016 Tundra SR5. I bought it a few years back as you see it the pic. Idk how much of a lift it has. Although, I believe it's at least a 6". It came with 35x12.5r22s. No idea on the offset. The wheels already had road rash when I got it. But, I didn't mind as I don't care for them and planned on changing them in the future.
