Hi! I recently buy NOS Thermoform K1140 wing for Volvo 245, 745 etc. I saw a lot of them with metal bracket that damages tailgate... This one have set of plastic parts but i can't find good pictures or instruction to mount it... There is anyone who can help me with good pictures how to mount it or instruction for this type of mount? Maybe i'm missing parts? Thanks!

Hello: I had an overdrive relay that was not working, but the car was shifting into 4th gear on the highway. I replaced the relay because I wanted to use the shifter button. Now I get the overdrive off dashboard light and no 4th gear. Button is nonfunctional. Do I look at the wiring first, or replace the solenoid? Thanks.

What's the best sealant for cam cover nuts. Nuts are stainless flares with nylon thread seals and copper washers. Gasket has no leaks. Cover installation is several years old and oil has always leaked out between nuts and cover. Oil seems to be coming up around the studs. I have tried a couple gasket sealants around the studs but none stopped the leaks. All the studs leak, some more than others. Seems like the oil is pressurized.

Myth number one: Rex/Regina runs 2.5 bar Fuel Pressure Regulators. I’ve chased the 2.5 bar regulator for years after reading posts on here. I'm looking for info on the early ETC system. I haven't found a single diagram or part related to vehicles with ETC installed. Do they use the same speed sensors for the ABS system, or is everything different? I would imagine there's a separate control module for ETC or maybe a special ABS module, but I have no idea. All I know is that some Group-A 240s had it installed.

(REGINA) This seems not ideal, Spec is 0-1 ohm at idle position. This one’s good going from all the way closed throttle to clicking off idle position, but coming back down to idle position, from off idle position, its resting at 2.2 ohm until you really put some tension on the shaft. Seems to me like a weak or sooted contact. What do you think? Test it on the car? Hope throttle spring tension is enough? Is there a 3d model for a replacement housing for the regina TPS yet? Hi, I'm from France and I have started to swap my 740 D24 wagon with a D5252T 2.5 tdi engine. For the moment I did a couple of things : find a doubtful engine, shortening the oil pan and pickup tube, engine mounts, etc... I have 90 Volvo 240 5 speed non turbo. Is there any gain to upgrading to a better injectors? With better spay pattern maybe finer mist. Thanks

Now Kyle's 1800e project Last weekend I bought a green 1971 1800e. Andrew Nance sent me the link on FB. The car was listed for $5k. At first I though it was a scam, but took a chance and messaged the owner. They responded and said it was still available but they had several people lined up to look at it. got my hand on a set of BNE swaybar endlinks can you guys provide me with what heim joint is used at the end and the bushings... bearings are marginal but the bushings are pretty worn out @blkaplan thanks
