I am trying to purchase the 1176 fet compressor and the Showtime amp both are installed but the demo has expired. however, when I click upon theBuy buttom i am directed to an online of which applies to Luna and doesn't seem to work with Cubase. I am also having issues with the bundle offers because I own most of the UAD plugins that the limited offer of included plugins mean I have most of them so cant select enough to fill the Quota. an UAD not make offers that are judged by how many... problems with purchasing a few products

After updating my UAD plugins and drivers with UAD Connect, the UAD Console installation does not complete properly. After “Download”, it shows “Moving”, and then it changes to “Repair” — see screenshots. Now the UAD Console is not working and shows the red message: “Software installation issue”. I’m taking another plunge into Luna again from Fender Studio and hoping for the best. I’m working on two projects. So far all is good. Track folders is a big welcome factor….. the one big problem I’m having is my midi performances. I know how I play on keyboard parts and in Luna I’m a consistent 32nd note ahead of the beat on playback. I just migrated from an Intel MacBook Pro to a M5Pro MacBook Pro. Literally a day after I am setup we get the 3.0 update... I have an Apollo X4 and a UAD Satellite. The Satellite seems to disconnect some times when loading a session.. although when I power it down and back up all it well... Sometimes a session just doesn't seem like it wants to load. Now that I can unfreeze tracks, which I froze a lot with the Intel due to limited ability to run native plugins, LUNA hangs up... Anyone having issues with LUNA 3.0?

Hello, since around 2 years I am recording my vocals or instruments through outboard preamp+compressor(s) running into an Apollo Solo via line in. My instruments and Mac are connected via a Volt 476. I also captured Vocals and Guitar through it with activated 76 comp but wasn't impressed due its noise floor. Since I started using UAD LUNA exclusively for some time now I really liked the implementation of Volt and Apollo, at start I also loved the DSP and rarely use it these days. Sorry... Volt 876 upgrade to Apollo Solo?

Hi all, I bought Luna 3 and started immediately with the preview features version. All has been well whilst learning the DAW. I have (Test) projects I created as I've been learning all using EZDrummer 3 over the past week. I was able to add fine on an instrument track in the usual way. Came today to do some more learning. Created a project, go to add EZDrummer 3 as an instrument and it doesn't sow anywhere in the available instrument list under Toontrack. I've tried rescanning plugins... Hello. First-time post looking for troubleshooting advice. The setup is an ASUS X99-A II MB running Windows 10 Pro. I originally had an ASUS TB3 expansion card installed on one of the full lane PCI slots (PCIEX16_4) communicating with an UA Apollo 8 audio interface. I used the recommended TB2 --> TB3 Apple cable (and even the StarTech equivalent). This setup ran fine for close to 10 years without any dropouts or bandwidth issues. Hi! This is like the 5th machine that I’ve downloaded UAudio software to for setting up my Twin, so I’m not a novice. I’ve done the kernel security thing, allowed all the permissions given all the file and disk access. When I launch the console, I get a signal in the Aux meters but not the analog 1 mic meter or the main output meter. I also get a signal on the hardware itself. I can’t control the hardware from the console at all, I have to touch the hardware to adjust gain, phantom power... Setting up my Apollo Twin with a brand new MacBook Air M5 Tahoe and the console does not talk to the hardware
