As my car is approaching 150K miles and the piston rings wear out, I'm thinking of setting the oil change interval reminder to 6K miles. Hi all following on from my previous post, i have a starting issue that only happens sometimes, the car starts then immediately cuts out, this happens a few times before starting again seems to be better if I leave the ignition on before starting, I have done a diagnostic and this is the only code that comes up, car has had camshaft sensor replaced, could the timing be out ? I bought my 2022 polo r line dsg from copart with light cosmetic damage. After fixing the vehicle i came across an unpleasant sound from the bottom of the car it sounds like a rattle/ tick tick sound. This sound only occurs at stationary after a few mins in P, when I press the brake or select a gear the sound disappears immediately as I select P after 20 seconds the sound starts again

Hello All, Was changing the air filter on my sharan and noticed in the airbox was this grate type of plate. The VW manual says to just remove clean and re-fit. Does anyone know what its purpose is? is it a snow guard or does it help with air flow to spread evenly? Also I come across on the net about an air duct mod some VAG owners are doing where they fit a blanking plate. On the sharan is a flap there rather than an open duct. Will there be any benefits to blanking this plate? Or has... Air Intake Duct Blanking plate

Hello everyone, I was looking for a bit of help, hopefully someone has come across a similar issues with the 2.0 TDI engine. It's a 2018 caddy. The heaters are barely warm at all, even after a decent drive. All the coolant pipes around the engine, to the radiator and the heater core are not getting up to temperature. It's had a water pump within the last year when the belt got done. The thermostat has now been changed as well but still the same. The gauge sits fine in the middle and the... Help!! I'm at my wits end. 2.0tdi not heating up
