I did the unconscionable and purchased an old 1996 Vulcan 800, sight-unseen. Rookie mistake, I know, but these early models have an undeniable nostalgic apeal. As expected, it looked much better in the pictures than the day I picked it up. Thankfully the bike has relatively low mileage for it's age and was mechanically roadworthy. It‘s in need of some serious elbow grease i.e. extensive detail work to bring back the original lustre. To that end - I’ve... New bike - 1996 vn800B1!

I looked and I know there are tons of posts like this but I need to ask. I just today picked up a 2020 Vulcan S (non abs) and it has a smaller cafe style windscreen that does nil. I am 6'2" and looking for a windscreen that will take the buffering off my chest but allow clean air to my helmet. I would even consider a taller touring screen to put it over my head completely if it doesn't look awful on the bike. Thank you in advance.

Hi Folks, I live in Australia and ride a 2006 Vulcan 900. I need to replace the windscreen and am looking for a supplier in Australia. Ebay has lots of short screens for around $120 but the few 25inch screens listed all come from Poland and are over $450. Any assistance on this would be appreicated. Regards Kev,

I am posting this thread in an attempt to enlighten anyone having fuel pump issues. The main problem being the 400$ fuel pump housing Kawasaki wants you to buy, because THE FILTER IS NOT REPLACEABLE! Only the strainer!... Which comes with the new pumps! after pulling my tank numerous times and doing countless hours of research with nothing fixing my fuel issues, because of popping from the exhaust and running lean issues and replacing pumps and cleaning injectors numerous times and it seems... How to fix fuel pump issues without replacing the 400$ housing
Washington State rider here, just today picked up a 2020 Vulcan S (non abs) for a great price with only 8k miles and tons of aftermarket parts.

Anyone have any recommendations for a windshield for a Vulcan S? I'm a relatively short rider looking for the right balance between wind protection and preserving the good looks of the bike.

Recently picked up a 2014 Vulcan 1700 Voyager and I've been loving it aside from the windshield height. I'm 6'2 with short legs and a really long torso, which means my nose sticks up at least 3-4 inches higher than the top of the windshield. This causes pretty severe buffeting at highway speeds, which isn't ideal. Measuring it, the windshield seems to be the stock 14" Kawasaki unit when measuring from the top strip where it bolts up to the top of the windshield. Vertical height when...
