hi. My JL 2.0 is sick. The problem is that at a set temperature of 23, my feet freeze. And the passenger is hot. At 25 and above "HI", we’re all warm. Please give me some advice. I’ve already replaced the motor for the air dam. It didn’t help.
After this last trip, I inspected the suspension and found a loose jam nut on the front drivers side upper arm, and that it would rock easily. I took the arm out to crank down on the jam nut. I noticed the Johnny joint offered zero resistance and would move freely, even after pumping full of moly grease. Earlier this year I replaced the metric hardware with 1/2 bolts because one side kept getting loose and I noticed it was necking down in the thread. When I did it, the joints were... Read more
As you may know we bought a Gladiator Rubicon this summer but we haven’t had a chance to make many mods to it yet. The factory stats for the vehicle are listed below. Due to the Fire Cracker Red color we decided to call it Fire Cracker or F-Cracker for short. I’d like to get a custom plate with ‘FCRKR’ but my wife doesn’t think it’s a good idea. With electric vehicles becoming all the rage, I thought it'd be fun to start a thread highlighting all the pics, videos and articles that get posted on a regular basis showing just how awesome they are! And, to kick things off, I thought I'd share this gem that I just came across https://www.reddit.com/r/Damnthatsinteresting/comments/1e69gah/big_brain_time

LOL - it's a funny thing how many experts there are on the internet and how eager they are to proudly chime in with their vast knowledge. Needless to say, I started this thread to highlight some of the amazing things that I've learned from them on our YouTube channel. So, this first comment was made on our most recent video, the stuck in the sand one and how to get out. I just knew the internet experts would be chiming in with their vast experience and knowledge and how you can't drive with... Read more
The automatic transmission on our Jeep Gladiator finally took a dump after 7 years and over 80,000 miles of really hard use. This is of course, the ZF-Based 850RE 8-Speed and in this video, you'll get to see what happened and what it took to get us up and running again. #jeep #jeepgladiator #transmission #gladiator #gladiatortruck #jeepjt #jtjeep #wrangler #jeepwrangler #jlwrangler #wranglerjl #jljeep #jeepjl #wayalife #automatictransmission #discipleoffroad #motech... Okay, for those of you who don't live in California or Nevada and have no idea how bad the drought in our neck of the woods has been, this might seem a little over the top but for us, the snow pack up in the Sierra Nevada Mountains is where our water comes from and the more snow we can get, the better. Needless to say, it was super exciting to see some of the white stuff sticking around for the first time this winter and I can only hope to see more of it in the near future. That being... Read more
Anyone have real world experience with Anti-Rock Sway Bar? I have a Mojave, a couple years back I added JKS sway bar disconnects....while they serve their purpose, reconnecting can be a pain....I'm old, lol. Think about installing the anti-rock, heavier bar version. The off-roading I do, they seem perfect, I'm just nervous about the on-road performance. I hear they can seem "floaty" when taking corners. I don't drive my Jeep like a sports car, so might not be an issue. I guess I really... Read more
