Changing Battery graph from % to kWh

Hi Peter, Not that I have seen so far. What does exist, is you can click on the battery on the 'home' screen (or Device at bottom of screen) and click on your Battery, it will show a SoC % and Battery Power kW (h is missing) My EP11 at 45% SoC will report 6.66 kW (h) 10.36kWh at 100% SoC AND 100% SoH Available power does reduce as the SoH drops over time

New Install in Worcestershire - looking for tips

One of the problems was that the password for the desktop app contained characters that were not accepted on the mobile app, so I couldn't log in. Totally bonkers but an annoying fact. I had included > and ' neither were accepted on the mobile app. I've just had a thought: Change the password on the desktop app to suit

Correct way to restart the inverter

I have been AFK for a while, but taken from my set of instructions left Shut-Down Sequence – (Switch OFF) 1. Turn OFF the PV supply at the consumer unit (3). 2. Turn OFF the AC isolator at the consumer unit (3). 3. Switch the AC Isolator at the inverter to OFF (2). 4. Switch the DC Isolators at the Inverter to OFF Step 5. is missing on mine, but the battery is turned off Reverse for power on cycle.

Correct way to restart the inverter

Here is a video from Will iframe If you still have extra questions, post back. Thanks ya that's the exact video I'm referring to in my initial post. So, that is the correct way and the sticker my installer stuck on my inverter is incorrect? Coz I've been following that video and turning off DC isolator in my inverter first, then the AC isolator and then the battery.

Changing Battery graph from % to kWh

Hi! I am a relatively new user. I am loving the manual management of Octopus Flex using FoxCloud 2.0. A quick question.... Is there a way of changing the vertical axis legend/data in the battery analysis graph(s) so it shows kWh's and not %? Many Thanks Peter

Correct way to restart the inverter

I'm in bit of a confusion on the correct steps to restart fox ess H3 10 inverter. I have 15.6KW solar and EQ4800 battery. My installer has stuck the procedure as per the attached photo which says to turn off AC isolator first but as per the video I've watched in YouTube on iameccles channel it says: 1. Turn off DC isolator 2. AC isolator 3. Turn off battery I'd really appreciate some expert advice here. I've had to do the reset twice already so wanna make sure I'm doing it right. Also, my apology if it's been discussed already here in the forum coz my quick search didn't bring any results relating to it. Thank you.

“System off”

Thank you. I will try that. I woke up this morning and it’s running normally again. It seems to be happening in patches over night?! Part of me wonders if there’s some sort of firmware update coming that I don’t yet have

“System off”

I think your inverter has ‘stopped’, not sure why it would do that but if you go to the inverter screen press and hold the tick button (on older inverters it was an enter button) - it’s the 3rd button from left. If the inverter has stopped, when you press and hold it will change to ‘Start’, if it does release the button and press it again to set it.

Mobile App Help
“System off”

Morning all Has anyone else had recent issues with the app showing “system off” when it should be on self use? Please see attached. I’ve not changed any settings etc. and the system has been running fine for ages. I have it set to charge from 0200-0500 and then self use rest of the time. But as you can see from the pic it’s drawing from the grid instead of pulling from the battery. It did this the other night too and had seemed to rectify itself by the morning, but has done it again. I’ve checked the inverter and it just says “standby” and has no error log. I’ve checked for firmware updates and nothing is showing as needing updating. The battery is on version 1.012 and doesn’t show “latest” in devices unlike the inverter and dongle. I’m not sure what this is or how to fix it. But I’m keen not to be drawing from the grid while my battery just idly sits at 80%+ outside of the forced charging window. Any advice would be much appreciated
