I am sure this isn't our software. It would be far more widespread. If the issue happens frequently then the bet is being placed by other means and I will investigate that.

Hi, from what I understand, you ' re looking to automate the selection of betting markets rather than manually adding each market one by one. For example, for NBA, NFL or ice hockey, you would like Quick Pick List / Auto Select Markets to automatically load the main markets such as Match Odds (Win), Handicap and Over/Under, and then cycle through them via Excel. The key would be whether Betdaq's current API/Excel integration already supports this, or whether there is another way to identify and bulk-load markets by sport and market type. So essentially, the request is for automatic market selection across more sports rather than changing the actual betting markets themselves.
